Coach reflects on Jamaica's losses in FIBA World Cup qualifiers

Report by RJRGLEANER Communications Group Sports Reporter Daniel McLeod

Jamaica’s national men’s basketball team coach Rick Turner says a lack of consistency throughout the game cost the nation the match against Canada in their FIBA World Cup qualifier at the National Indoor Sports Centre on Sunday.

Poor defending and inconsistent shooting worked against Jamaica as they went down 97-81. The Jamaicans had lost 99-96 to the Bahamas last Thursday.
