Cinema operator Palace Amusement Company said it suffered J$20 million in losses between January and March which wiped out profits posted so far this year.
The company had been profitable up to the first six months of the year but the losses that were realised in the March quarter has now turned that profit to an overall J$6 million loss for the first nine months of the company's financial year.
The losses came as Palace Amusements saw lower box office receipts.
