Paul Campbell, one of Jamaica’s most talented actors, is embarking on a one man performance.
"Paul Campbell: The Life and Times of a Jamaican Movie Star", is scheduled to open at the Miramar Cultural Center Arts Park in Florida, in December.
The play will introduce audiences to the versatility of the home grown thespian.
It is about Campbell's development personally and professionally, and highlights incredible odds and unrelenting perseverance while trying to be the best at his craft.
The story delineates aspects of Campbell's life as he developed as a person and as an actor. Along the way, it also offers a gritty perspective of Jamaican life and culture that many will find astounding and eye opening.
Campbell performed in the movies The Lunatic, Dancehall Queen, Third World Cop and First Sunday.
