Clarence Gilyard Jr.
Actor Clarence Gilyard Jr., known for supporting credits in blockbuster films "Die Hard" and "Top Gun" as well as the hit television series "Matlock," has died at the age of 66.
One of his most iconic roles is that of Jimmy Trivette, the crime-fighting partner for Chuck Norris on "Walker, Texas Ranger."
His death was announced by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he taught stage and screen acting.
