There has been a suspension of dental services at St. Jago Health Centre in St. Catherine following a fire on Monday.
The blaze, which occurred about 10:30 a.m. at the health centre's dental department, was contained by employees using fire extinguishers.
A member of staff was treated for smoke inhalation.
The South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA) said the facility was evacuated and all services suspended for on Monday.
Dental patients are being advised to utilize services at other clinics in St. Catherine until further notice.
All other services at St. Jago Park Health Centre will resume Tuesday.
A team is conducting an assessment of the damage and will carryout repairs in order for the Dental Department to resume operations as soon as possible.
