The People's National Party, PNP is on high alert as it awaits the tabling of the report containing the findings of the Manatt/Dudus Commission of Enquiry.
The report will be made public Tuesday afternoon when it is presented to Parliament.
There are more signs that the Opposition is gearing up to take strong action in the event that the report is not in keeping with expectation.
Some members of the PNP have already told supporters to prepare for protest if the Commissioners' findings do not reflect what the public saw and heard during the hearings.
Peter Bunting, PNP General Secretary told RJR News the matter was discussed Monday at a meeting of the Shadow Cabinet and at Monday night's weekly meeting of the party's executive committee.
He again warned that there will be negative consequences if the report is not in keeping with the conclusions which he says Jamaicans have already drawn.
It is reported that the Manatt/Dudus Commission has not found anyone guilty of wrongdoing.
RJR News has learnt that the Commissioners found several procedural breaches and have recommended that the Government seriously consider addressing them.
It is also reported that they chided Dr. Peter Phillips, former Minister of National Security for acting outside of his authority but said he did it for the public good.
And the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) is putting up a united front as it prepares for the tabling of the Manatt/Dudus report.
JLP Chairman, Mike Henry says the party is fully ready for the findings to be made public.
