Two students of Lennon High School died in the December 2 crash.

The driver of the Subaru motorcar involved in last week's deadly crash on Bustamante Highway in Clarendon is to appear before the Clarendon Parish court Wedesday to answer to charges.
Kerome Wint, a 34-year-old resident of Mocho in Clarendon, is facing charges of causing death by dangerous driving, driving without a road licence, and having no insurance coverage following an investigation.
He was arrested following the motor vehicle crash which led to the deaths of Jodian Lodge and Richard Tulloh, students of Lennon High.
The students were passengers in the Subaru which collided with a Toyota Probox, a registered public passenger vehicle.
The police say Wint was operating an illegal taxi.
Three other students were injured in the crash.
It was reported that Wint was attempting to elude personnel from the Transport Authority and the police when the crash occurred.
He was captured hours later at Norman Manley International Airport attempting to flee the island.
The Police High Command and Transport Authority are investigating claims that the reported pursuit by a joint team contributed to the crash.
