A magistrate court in St Vincent has dismissed a case against a Customs Officer, who had held up a placard in the capital during a protest against the COVID-19 vaccine mandate last year.
Magistrate John Ballah, said the prosecution had not provided any evidence to support the charge that Dave Crosby had organised, promoted, led, or addressed the January 14, 2022 protest as the prosecution alleged.
In his ruling the magistrate said there were legal issues that the court felt were not addressed by either the prosecutor or defendant.
