Hylton loses first round fight at IBA Men's World Championship

There was a losing start for Jamaica at the IBA Men's World Boxing Championship in Uzbekistan, as light welterweight Daniel Hylton lost by a unanimous decision to Ige Ridwan of Nigeria on Tuesday.

Jamaica's other representative, light-heavyweight Jerone Ennis, will bow into action on Wednesday. The IBA Men's World Championship is a qualifier for next year's Olympic Games in Paris.
