The lease agreement for the redevelopment of the Montego Bay Sports Complex has now been signed, paving the way for Montego Bay Sports Development Limited to start work on the facility as of March 1, 2026.

The lease agreement is signed for 25 years with the work on the facility to be done in 5 years. The investment is set to cost $700 million.
