West Indies made 235 for 7 as Taylor who hit five fours shared an opening stand of 105 with Deandra Dottin, who hit seven fours and a six in making 66 off 77 balls.
Captain Chedean Nation contributed 21 and Stacy Ann King 24.
King returned to take 3-33 and Anisha Mohammed 2-29 in dismissing the Dutch for 155.
The fourth and final ODI will be contested on Wednesday before the West Indies travel to England for back to back one day internationals on Friday and Saturday.
