The JSE Index gained 5,339 points on Monday, while the Junior Market increased by 30 points.
Among the 62 winners were: Guardian Holdings, Access Financial Services, Key Insurance Company, Image Plus Consultants and JMMB Group 9.5 per cent preference shares.
The 34 losers included: Eppley 7.25 per cent preference shares, KLE Group, Fosrich, Knutsford Express and Mayberry Group.
Twenty-two stocks closed the session, selling at the same price they started trading.
