Elton John's former personal security guard has sued the British singer for sexual harassment and battery in southern California.
Jeffrey Wenninger accused Sir Elton of making sexually suggestive comments towards him and groping him.
Wenninger, a Los Angeles policeman, worked for the star from 2002 to 2014.
Sir Elton denies the charges.
The singer's lawyer called the suit baseless saying he was a disgruntled former employee seeking to extract an undeserved payment.
Wenninger is seeking unspecified damages for, among other things, physical, mental and emotional injuries, lost wages and medical costs.
