Main Event Entertainment Group recorded net profit of $28.75 million during its third quarter ended July.
In its un-audited financial statement, the company says this was up from the $23.3 million made after tax for the same period in 2023.
Main Event's revenue totalled $440 million for the three months, up from the $428 million last year.
The company says despite the improvement in the year-over-year third quarter performance, the company recorded a 10 per cent drop in revenues over the nine months to July.
This amounted to $1.43 billion, compared with $1.59 billion for the similar nine month period last year.
