Two men are in the custody of the St. James police following a murder on Jimmy Cliff Boulevard shortly after 5 o'clock Sunday afternoon.
Their vehicle as well as a firearm were seized.
The police say the victim was a person of interest in a double murder in the parish.
He is 25 year old Ricoy Smith, a carpenter of Paradise, Norwood, St. James.
Two other men were shot and injured.
