2011 world 100 metre champion Yohan Blake ran a season's best 10.05 seconds for the runner-up spot at the Ostrava Golden Spike meet, a World Continental Tour event in the Czech Republic on Tuesday.
Blake finished second behind to Great Britain's Reece Prescod who clocked a personal best 9.93 seconds for the victory.
Olympic 400 metre finalist Candice McMeod was also in season's best form, running 50.38 seconds for a second placed finish in that event behind Poland's Natalia Kaczmarek who clocked 50.16.
Olympic bronze medallist Megan Tapper ended 6th in women's 100 metre hurdles with 13.12 seconds. Olympic champion Jasmine Camacho Quinn continued her strong start to the season, winning in 12.56 seconds.
