Leaders Mpount Pleasant FA suffered their third defeat of the season as they went down 1-0 away to former champions Portmore United at Ferdie Neita Park, as action continued in the Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League (JPL) on Wednesday. Ronaldo Robinson got the all-important goal in the 88th minute.
With the win, Portmore moved to 4th on 47 points, while Mount Pleasant remain on 68 points.
In the day's other game, Tivoli Gardens led by a double strike from Anthony Nelson, blanked Molynes United 3-0 at the Edward Seaga Sports Complex. Tivoli remain in 8th on 36 points, while Molynes are 10th on 27 points. Four games will be played on Thursday.
