Reggae Girlz head coach Hubert Busby believes his team was wasteful in attack despite recording a 4-1 win over Trinidad and Tobago in their friendly international on Tuesday night at the Ato Boldon Stadium.
Two goals from Jodi Brown on either side of the half and maiden international goals for Natsaha Thomas and Tianna Harris gave the Jamaicans the win. According to Busby, the team could have done more to kill the game as a contest from the first half which ended 1-1.
Busby also believes that the debutants gave a good account of themselves. It was a similar scoreline when the two nations last met in 2018.
The local-based members of the team and staff will remain in Trinidad until flights are available to return to the island, as Jamaica recovers from the impact of Hurricane Melissa.
