The Area 2 Police have launched a manhunt for a taxi operator who abducted and raped an 11-year-old student in Portland.
It's reported that the child was on the way home from school when the taxi operator diverted from his route and took her to a location off the Red Hassle main road.
It's alleged that he sexually assaulted the child.
The incident occurred in October, but was recently reported to the Portland police.
