Information Minister Fayval Williams
The Registrar-General's Department (RGD) will be introducing same day and next day services for birth, death and marriage certificates.
This follows approval from Cabinet.
Information Minister Fayval Williams made the revelation at Wednesday's post Cabinet media briefing.
"The fee structures are $7,500 for the same day service and $6,000 for next day service. The introduction of the proposed premium service would not replace the existing three service platforms that carry a maximum wait time of four days, 10 days and 30 days," she announced.
