Trinidad & Tobago's Prime Minister, Stuart Young, has asserted there is no record of human trafficking in its Cuban Medical Mission.
The US Government has raised concern that the Cuban medical brigade is a guise for human trafficking
Prime Minister Young says all safeguards are in place to ensure the mission is operating above board.
Prime Minister Young has also denied claims that the salaries of the Cubans are sent to Cuba.
