The Manchester police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man whose body was found in the southern community of Brokenhurst on Monday morning.
The body was found by residents along a haul road.
It appeared to have bullet wounds.
Residents reported hearing explosions in the area around 9 p.m. on Sunday.
The man is unidentified.
