Jamaica's national football
team will depart the country Monday for Germany
where they will take on South
Africa in a hastily arranged international
friendly set for Wednesday.
The senior Reggae Boyz will be made up of purely local based players as the Jamaica Football Federation was unable to get the services of the overseas based players.
Earning a recall to the national set up are the Boys Town pair of Xavian Virgo and George Vernal.
Waterhouse's Nicoly Findlayson, Richard McCallum and Desmond Breakenridge are also in the squad.
Jamaica's last outing was against Argentina in February.
The South Africans are already in Germany.
The World Cup hosts are on a three month training preparation and have been attracting a number of admirers.
